The data in this chart is accurate as of 3 April 2020 and compares Nigeria with India and South Africa. South Africans tend to travel to the same places as Nigerians, meaning that both countries would have similar sources for imported cases. India was chosen because demographically and culturally, it is very similar to Nigeria. As can be seen from the model, Nigeria is about three weeks behind India, but our infection curve is following a similar trend as the Indian curve.
